I have to extrapolate a bit here because the terminology and mechanics of Alucard's restrictions aren't explored all that thoroughly. Once they are released, however, he becomes an aggressive, bloodthirsty monster "until the target has been rendered silent". Usually he will take some time to evaluate their power and decide if he wants to release his restriction seals. Restricted Alucard is relatively docile and happily takes punishment from everyone he fights.
#HELLSING SCHRODINGER FULL#
He demonstrates a number of unique abilities as well as the ability to regenerate from virtually any injury.Īlucard knows full well that he is nigh unkillable. While most vampires have some degree of regenerative ability, Alucard's is on another level. He is a sadistic monster who consumed thousands of his enemies and subjects, using their life to supplant his own. DescriptionĪlucard is the original vampire, Count Dracula, and Hellsing's trump card. There are a number of high end feats exclusive to the anime.

State which version of the character and what series they are from in your title.Ĭomposite characters, anything real life (people, animals, machines.), and threads going into more than one comment need mod permission before posting Literature Feats need to be properly cited with chapter numbers at minimum, and book numbers as well for a series of books. Scan Quality of Feats should be of Good Quality and Easy to Interpretĭo not use wikis as a source for feats, or use YouTube as a site to host feats. Respect Threads must adhere to basic formatting guidelines, by hiding links, using bullet points or equivalent, and by properly dividing categories if there are 10 or more feats. Rules have been Updated! Read the full version in the wiki! Respect Threads should be clear, concise, and accurately portray the character in question. I even think the character says at one point how he is in two places at once and can be alive/dead at the same time-I forget when though.A Respect Thread is an educational resource meant to provide usable information on a character's capabilities for the purpose of "Who would win in a fight?"-style debate. Hellsing's Schrodinger was "alive and dead" simultaneously when he was shot by Alucard in OVA 4 and can be seen in two places at once when he is on the battle ship with Alucard, also in OVA 4. "Quantum mechanics suggests that after a while the cat is simultaneously alive and dead." So Erwin Schrodinger magnified the scale to a thought experiment involving a cat in a glass case. You can read about the thought experiment on Wikipedia, but it deals with quantum superpositions which is, "broadly stated, the combination of all the possible states of a system (for example, the possible positions of a subatomic particle)" I thought it would be interesting to mention a possible meaning of the character's name and his relationship to the thought experiment entitled, "Schrodinger's cat." (Again if I'm not pointing out anything new, forgive me) I am not sure if this has been brought up already or is like duh, but here goes:
